The garden

After having grown loads of stuff in the house and moving it outside, I thought it might be time to share my secret, well, to some people, passion for the green fingers!

Most people wont think its impressive, others will think how sad, but I have a single white hair that has started growing, my own home and have too many cats, so that must make me the little old lady in the shoe! I know I live in a house and am not a lady but hey…….

For the first year its not bad, so far, the patches are both on large horrible parts of the garden that where all weeds and grass infested so for the results we have got I am so pleased. Potatoes, onions, sweetcorn, tomatoes, chilli plants, bell peppers, beans and more all growing ok! just the herbs I have managed to kill over and over.

So check out the garden and let me know what you think, not that impressive unless you like gardening, even then its just the start.

Good old home made propagators, spot on, did the job, but soon to be taken apart and rebuilt better and smaller for next years mini plots. Oh and the beans growing nicely after attacks from the killer weeds behind the fence.
